A dedicated community room and event space will host social gatherings and health and wellness activities, fostering connections that reduce social isolation and promote overall well-being. Additional amenities in the program center offer a professional kitchen as well as vocational training spaces where STARability can provide hands-on job training opportunities, preparing STARs for employment and empowering them to be productive members of the workforce.
For hundreds of participants, STARability is a source of hope, strength and opportunity. From the moment you step into the beautiful and inviting lobby, STARs and their families will be welcomed into an inclusive space where they can feel valued and supported. Our campus will offer a uniquely integrated approach, centralizing services that allow participants to access everything they need under one roof, from continuing education and vocational training to health and wellness programs.
With specialized classrooms and learning labs, STARability will offer goal-oriented programs that support continuing education, life skills development and career readiness. Each program will be tailored to meet participants’ unique needs and help them grow in confidence, ability and independence.
Our 42,000-square-foot campus at 2655 Northbrook Drive will be a beacon of inclusivity, providing a vibrant environment where STARs and the community can come together. The innovative campus will be the first of its kind in Florida, setting a new standard as a truly integrated center that embodies what an inclusive community can look like. It will be a place where learning, support and connection happen in ways never before possible in our region.
