Program Instructor | Trailblazer Academy

The Trailblazer Academy is a community-based vocational training and educational program for post-high school individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Program Instructor will support the Program Director and the Virtual Program Manager in developing, mentoring, conducting and evaluating all the components of the Trailblazer Academy.

Job Coach | Vocational Services

The Vocational Services Job Coach helps people with disabilities learn and perform their job duties by working with individuals one-on-one and/or in a small group. The Job Coach serves as a support to the STARability Vocational Services Manager in promoting successful employment placements. On-site job coaching occurs through shadowing the employee, making observations, identifying opportunities to assist, and providing feedback. Job Coach activities can also entail supporting participants in programming focused on vocational training, interpersonal skill development, employment readiness, and career exploration.
