STARability Foundation has been awarded $2,500 from the Corvettes in Paradise Club. The donation will support STARability’s mission of shining a light on ability.
“We are extremely grateful to Corvettes in Paradise for supporting our mission and helping spread awareness regarding the importance of inclusion for all abilities,” said Karen Govern, CEO of STARability Foundation. “This generous gift will allow us to continue to provide life-transforming opportunities for individuals throughout our community.”
Corvettes in Paradise hosts car shows and fundraising events each month with clubs based across the county. The group was formed in 2021 in Naples simply by a friendly hello, a handshake and beautiful camaraderie among like-minded enthusiasts. The organization began with the help of about a dozen participants and is growing every month.
STARability Foundation was selected to be the beneficiary of donations raised during Corvettes in Paradise’s March car show. Additional funds from a 50/50 raffle benefited various other local charities throughout Collier County.
