New Video Highlights STARability’s Mission to Get Members Employed

Our Trailblazers thrive in their new jobs at Cosmos Ristorante & Pizzeria, Air Bar Blowouts & Extensions and the Naples Art Association.  Employers and vocational partners share the value of giving participants in the Trailblazer Academy the opportunity to hone their abilities and succeed on the job.

Leading by example, the STARability Foundation also shines the light on the key contributions of two of our staff members.

We are always looking for more vocational partners and opportunities for our participants! The Trailblazer Academy and STARability’s innovative programs and services are made possible by the generous support of more than 700 individuals and organizations. Funding is also provided by the Golisano Foundation, the Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation and the Women’s Giving Circle of the Collier County Community Foundation. For more information on the Trailblazer Academy, contact Program Director Madison McNally,

Please check out our new video below highlighting the success stories of our employees with disabilities and our Trailblazers, who have found employment with our vocational partners, including Cosmos Ristorante & Pizzeria, Naples Art Association and Air Bar Blowouts & Extensions. We know that this is just the beginning, and we are thrilled to continue to provide employment opportunities to our Trailblazers. We encourage more local businesses in the community to take the time to get to know us and discover how hiring people with disabilities can be a win-win for everyone!
