Sammy & Parker’s Banana Protein Smoothie

Going Bananas Smoothie! 

This healthy twist on a classic banana smoothie recipe is perfect for a mid-day snack or as a refreshing reward after a STARability sports game. Thank you, Sammy and Parker, for providing us with this wonderful recipe!

Ingredients:

• 1 cup almond milk

• ½ cup ice

• 1 large banana

• 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder

• 2 tbsp. of peanut butter

Directions:

Step 1: Combine all ingredients in blender.

Step 2: Blend until thick and creamy.

Step 3: Serve and enjoy!
