• 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
• Light whipped cream
• 1/4 cup crushed starlight peppermints
Step 1: Make chocolate sauce by combining 1/4 cup of the ice cream with the chocolate chips, cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon of water in a small saucepan.
Step 2: Warm over low heat until melted.
Step 3: Scoop remaining ice cream into separate bowls and then drizzle with chocolate sauce, then top each serving with light whipped cream and sprinkle with peppermints.
Step 4: Serve and enjoy!
