Do you want your gift to help participants of STARability Foundation to go even further? Ask your employer if they have a matching gift program.
Amy Dawson’s donations to STARability are even more generous because of her employer’s matching gift program. “When I started at Cisco (Systems) a few months ago and found out that we could add an organization that we were passionate about to their very generous matching program, I did not hesitate to immediately sign up and sponsor STARability as my organization of choice,” she said.
Many companies typically match an employee’s gift dollar-for-dollar, but some employers will double, triple or quadruple an employee’s gift. Aside from Cisco, here are a few other companies with matching gift programs:

- Starbucks
Some employers will even match their employees’ volunteer efforts. So if you donate your time to our programs, fundraising events or any of our other efforts, your employer might make a donation to STARability show their support of your volunteerism.
