Madison McNally, originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, has a passion for increasing opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Madison is a graduate of Slippery Rock University in western PA, where she earned a Masters of Science in Adapted Physical Activity. Madison served as a Graduate Assistant for the Slippery Rock University Transition Achievement Program, where she developed highly acclaimed curriculum for transition services for teens and young adults with disabilities.
In September, 2016, Madison was hired to develop and launch STARability Foundation’s Trailblazer Academy. The first program of its kind in Collier County, the Trailblazer Academy provides opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who have aged out of school supported services to continue vocational training and life skills education. Madison doubled the size of the Trailblazer Academy within 4 months and has created partnerships with 15 vocational sites.
